I agree the evidence is weak.. and I am no catholic or Pell fan. I believe he is guilty of not being proactive with other paedophilic priests but you cannot charge someone with no evidence.

He admitted in two cases he made a mistake, but he had no ongoing laxness in dealing with the issue, he was actually one of the first instigators in Australia of addressing the problem and helping victims.
