Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Originally the purpose of eminent domain was for the government, in extreme circumstance, to take land away from a person for an essential governmental purpose. Of course the person was compensated fairly. It has been expanded to mean so much more and has become evil. We must severely limit this power

Yes, as long as the property owner has some say in the matter.
