Red flag laws are the next assault on the second amendment. Confiscation of all your weapons based on one simple complaint or accusation. There is no hearing or proceeding that allows an individual to defend themselves only an accuser and the authorities then next thing you know they knock on your door and confiscate your guns. You never break a law but nevertheless your second amendment right is taken from you without due process. These red flag laws need to be scrutinized and opposed by all freedom loving Americans.
