When you realize half the time maniacal laughter is her only response to genuine questions on important issues, this woman's diplomacy skills are non-existant. When running in the DNC race for President she bombed so badly she only got 4% of the polls. But this Administration is quite happy to have this idiot deal directly with the leaders of the world. What gaffs are we not seeing and how much damage is she doing on the world stage.
