On the subject of "Things to improve the site" I have a suggestion. Responses to post that turn into a particularly long thread. If I want to respond to someone I have to scroll back up to the original post and put @UserName in front. Would it be possible to do a sub reply to their reply? Or at least a reply button that when you click it puts their name on the reply so we know who its going to? Not everyone will remember to manually put @UserName in.
Just a thought. Thank you for your attention.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.That option exists already. When responding to a comment, click the middle option and that should automatically attach their name to the comment.
