Just a thought...now that ISIS is dead, isn't is safe for most refugees to go home? Wouldn't they like to have their homeland back?

It is verifiable recorded fact that most refugees never go back of their own accord. For example the many refugees from the Balkan conflict in the early 90s are still in Sweden.

One idea is that we stay true to our "duty of rescue" but that refugees are only granted "time-limited" visas. Once the conflict has ended they can choose to apply for citizen through the normal channels or they must return to their country of origin. The numbers of those that choose to apply to stay is counted towards a host country's number of immigrants as decided by their policies.

I don't believe that ISIS is dead. Their strength is that they don't have any permanent base; they can easily disperse and reform themselves any time and anywhere they like. Sorry to point out...

They never came because of war it was funded by soros and new world order to bankrupt every democracy. Then citizen is slave and will have no to help his own family one government one religion and type of money and no way to vote

Their homes weren’t what any one of us would call safe long before ISIS showed up, and probably won’t be for some time. Not sure that it’s my problem to solve, but yeah, safety isn’t exactly what you go to the Middle East and Africa to find.

One would surely think so...
