Remove the guns from the public. Ban information that does not agree with your philosophy, Control the media, and what they say, Give special powers to your police force to detain and imprison those who dare to listen to any version of events that is not yours, and if possible, target those who think differently. Then find a group that you can blame it on. A formula that worked for Hitler, is the same formula that on the works in NZ.
