Adam Schiff is continuing to try to stir the pot by accusing (again) Tump and campaign staff of collusion with the Russians. Is this double jeopardy? Have we not had a full investigation? Let it be!

You would think that once you've been cleared of a specific charge or crime you couldn't be reinvestigated unless there is new evidence. Although I think double jeopardy means you can't be tried again for the same offense so not the same thing.

I think Schiff is going to use the same term 'russian collusion' but define it differently. For example, talking to any Russian for any reason.

I think he should resign at least from the house intelligence committee. He's definitely lost credibility.

The president has not been tried yet, so double jeopardy would not apply. As for Mr. Schiff, he went from being an unknown commodity to being a television star. He doesn't want his celebrity status to end, so he keeps making noise.

For some, this is the only way they can find relevancy. It keeps him in the news, and on peoples minds, giving that much needed endorphin high.

The Democrats can’t leave this go. Since losing the election and not willing to admit weaknesses in their own campaign and Hillary’s character all they have left is to smear the winner.....over and over again, irrespective of the lack of evidence......
