Depends, if someone is Irish, then no. If they happen to have even a drop of European ancestry, then yes. So Obama, who is half white counts, any black person who has an ancestor who was the offspring of a slave owner (as long as the owner wasn't Irish), and a slave, it counts. All the Mexicans, and just anyone south of the boarder count due to how much Spanish blood is mixed in with more or less everyone down there. So, just no Irish and you will be fine.

Whites, blacks, brown, yellow... As RobBlair said, "Westerner" isn't really referring to a race, IMHO.

I prefer pale skin during the winter and lobster after my vacation (smile).

Whites and Blacks works for me. You will need to explain coloreds to us in the USA though.

Westerners, to me, means those who follow western culture and is not racially exclusive.
