Don't be fooled by the Decoder Ring. It's not valid without the Secret Handshake. Also the Speaking In Tongues Decryption Algorithm is useful. It really works too. I used it on Robert Tilton and it deciphered his in tongues pentecostal plea... what he was really saying was, "Gimme Gimme Gimme."

Some people are always searching for a way to self-validate, not just to feel good about themselves but to feel superior to others. Some people used to do that through religion. It's easier to be holier than thou than to be smarter, better looking, or more successful than thou. But... for various reasons traditional organized religion is no longer en vogue. In fact bashing organized religion is all the rage of late.
So... a lot of people have replaced Holier Than Thou with More Compassionate Than Thou.
And Secular Virtue Signaling is much like the old ways, in that it's rife with hypocrisy.
