No, I posted a couple this morning and they're gonski, I'll have another attempt later.
@Foz01 make sure you select a group in which to post your content. you must be a member of any particular group before you can post there. Also I don't think you can comment on posts unless you have joined the group in which a given post exists.
Some groups are monitored and moderated by users and some of them have been known to disallow certain content.
