Breakfast isn't that important...
[reason.com]

Ignore the hyped warnings from the government and the media. I personally skip breakfast almost every day now for years, and haven't experienced any negative side effects.

Definitely true. I agree🙂

There a good and controversial book titled "The 10,000 Year Explosion", it breaks down Human evolution since the development of Agriculture and negative effects of switching from Animal Flesh to Grains, and the domestication of Humans. I found no flaws in the presentation or conclusions.

I am the same way. If I feel like it, I will have lunch foods for breakfast.

I've been on Keto for 18 months as a vegetarian and find it relatively easy with some advanced preparation for days out. Most local shops just have crap in them to eat. I bake keto buns with almond flour to take. I miss fruit though as only a bit of blueberries and rasberries are OK alongside the avocados.

I have not eaten breakfast for over 50 years because I am not hungry at all, I never eat before 3pm and for 20 years never before 6pm and I eat late into the evening, just coffee with sugar all day, I'm 6'1 and I have weighed 175 lbs.for 50 years and I have been fit and healthy my whole adult life. High Fat and Protein and moderate carbs, very low Veggies, maybe a salad once a month.

Some days, I am like that.

Learn to listen your body and you won't need advices for what, when and how much to eat/drink

It isn't as important as I thought for most of my life. Depends on what one is going to be doing, I think. The western diet is way too glutinous. We eat too much. I was on Atkins for five years a while back and didn't miss not having lunch if I was busy. I rarely felt hungry. I recently started on keto and don't eat until noon. I've lost about 25 lbs. and feel pretty good.

@Garsco how long have you been following that keto regimen? I have only been on it going on 2 months now.

@Garsco Wow, 4.5 years! That's great.

My wife and I both started for weight control reasons. We were both a little overweight. I would have started on Atkins but my wife doesn't like that. Her brother was on a keto diet so she started researching it and the rest is history.

I did have an adverse reaction to some antibiotics about 5 years ago that affected my health and there are quite a few people that have had a similar experience with that line of antibiotics that recommend a keto diet, especially to rebalance the gut biome.
