Well, Christians believe in the ONE TRUE GOD and Christ. Muslims worship the Devil/Satan/Lucifer and Catholics allow/perpetuate the sexualism of children... Muslims do to though. Why do both Catholics and Muslims allow it? The athiests can't explain GOD and they can't deny HIM. They refuse to accept the fact that they can't PROVE HIM, YET THEY can't DENY HIM because there's no proof, either way!

How do Catholics allow/perpetuate "sexualism of children" ? Are you talking about the pedophile priests or is it a general blanket accusation?

Nice pile of pithy summaries. Every religion believes they're worshipping the one true whatever the same way everyone is the hero in their own story. You wouldn't do something faithfully if you thought it was wrong, would you?

Your critiques of people who don't think like you are scintillating. Never change.

I thought Muslims worship the one true God? The Koran does not mention Devil worship. At least I haven't seen it yet. Haven't read the whole thing.

@Farmergramma I'm not even sure that they realize it either but if you know the Christian bible it tells you that the number of the beast (Satan) is 666. 666 is a holy number to Muslims. Google "666 and Muslims", you'll see...

@Scanderbeg I'm talking about the pedophile priests... As for Muslims, you can look google Bacha Bazi and you probably already know how young the marry their children off to be sex slaves...

@PalmThis
When it comes to Bacha Bazi lover boys from Afghanistan, we are in full agreement. I would go a step further and claim that Islam endorses underage marriages which leads to legalized pedophilia. When it comes to Catholicism, I disagree because Catholics do not believe anything remotely similar like muslims. Pedophile priests deserve severe punishment along with the higher ups that knew and didnt say anything. You gotta be careful when lumping Catholics in this pool because you may shoot yourself in the foot unknowingly. I say this because Catholic Christians and Protestant Christians read virtually the same bible and both believe in 90% of the theology.

@Scanderbeg Again, I was referring to the Catholic Priests and their history over the years and their higher-ups that have kept it silent. They do idolize false deities though and put Mary above Christ... I don't think they're going to hell though. I think they'll be ok. It's the Muslims that need to worry...

This guy is a massive hypocrite and that is being mild. I'll keep in short. He is blaming religions people for making truth claims yet he does the same thing. From an atheist point of view, he is being intellectually dishonest. He is making claims what is good and what is bad and what ought to be. My question is, according to whom? He is using terms as immorality and juding theists based on their actions. He is appealing to a higher law that " obviously" the theists are violating. Suggesting objective morals from an atheism point of view is laughable. Since there is no God (higer, ultimate law maker) , morality is relative thus what this dude said in the video is his opinion and the opposite is just as true or just as false. He is violating laws of logic by all his fallacies. His belief is respected although i think he is an ignorant sack of ***.

He comes across intellectually rational to me, but that's just my opinion.

@Valentine
He certainly tries to connect his dots but bypasses the grounds for morality altogether. Although the topic can be complex, when it comes to morality, it is divided between relative and objective. Theists use the objective morality (ex: it is wrong to murder because God says murder is wrong). Atheists (most but not all ) tend to stick with relative morality. That gets God out of the picture and the morality is derived from people, societies and so on. This leads to a path where one society has different morals than the other and technically neither of them is right or wrong. They are relative. My issue with the guy in the video is that he dismisses theists/religious views using objective morality lenses. When he uses terms such as " should, ought, immoral" he is pointing towards a LAW and saying, hey you theists, you violated these laws" . That is Objective Morality. Instead, if he wants to be intellectually honest , he should say " From my perspective" theists are wrong. Its like saying i don't like apples, i prefer oranges. None of the choices are wrong, they just are different tastes. People can believe whatever they want to believe but if i told you that there is sufficient evidence for existence of God and that I'm an atheist at the same time, you'd call me out in my inconsistencies.

I like the video. It points out a lot of the irrationality of organized religions. It is interesting that the narrator bases his justifications for not respecting some religious beliefs on the Judaeo/Christian idea of treating other people (not just their beliefs) with respect.
