Just do what you can get away with. Fuck their QR codes if no-one is checking (or take a screenshot and re-use). Fuck their travel restrictions (there's plenty of ways of getting around them). Masks - will poke breathing holes in mine and only wear inside shops to avoid pointless drama.
In Australia at least, a lot of the rules seem self imposed and policed. If you make them apply, they will. If you ignore them, switch off and do your own individual thing then it's just a matter of being able to have the balls to tell people to fuck off and mind their own business or to being able to blag your way out of trouble with 'authorities' by telling them what they want to hear.
