I love the fact we can have a exchange of putting JBPs rules in practice. I was thinking about doing it one rule at a time.. I find it hard to just get up at the same time and make my bed. I’m extremely open and unregulated person. I have deep admiration for people who can discipline themselves. I can keep things up maybe for a week and then I’m back “improvising”. I’m a tango dancer so improv is my natural habitat. I found that making hard appointments involving other people puts the extermal framework in place that can make me conform with my own rules. I found that making a weekly schedule that is free enough to make me fill out particulars on the fly but compelled me to be doing some category of activity at some point in the week is a gentle straight jacket that is structuring my week now. I also find it’s a muscle that if exercised you’ll become better at it. Slowly getting a grip... love to hear from you..

I am a fairly self disciplined Individual, but making my bed seems so Damned pointless. So I never do, haha. I do need to clean the rest of my room a little better, though. That I will be doing. It does take practice and you have to want it. Keep at it, it will be easy in no time.
