I've been thinking about quotas and I think they may be good as long as they are not forced upon companies. If a company decides to do a quota to promote women and minorities, good for them. Just let it be an option.
If it was actually beneficial to companies they would do it.
If they do it and it is not beneficial to them, they will loose competitiveness to a competing company and go under.
So it had to be forced on all and everyone.
Thing is, it not productive, we ALL loose when we have these policies.
