Some of my two favourite Quoran verses.
98: 6-7

Indeed, they who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture and the polytheists will be in the fire of Hell, abiding eternally therein. Those are the worst of creatures.
Indeed, they who have believed and done righteous deeds - those are the best of creatures.

Meaning, everyone but Muslims are lower than creatures that eat shit.

How did you come to your conclusion? That is certainly not what it says. That is a terrible misunderstanding of that passage.
