Citizens died, but the government stayed alive under new performers, but the message remains the 'shame' same. I fear this new dark age will be worse for mankind.
The meaning of "Men can govern themselves" is when a government is no longer working for the landowners. Therefore, the Reformers ( MAR-RE – French for Fed-Up) must re-establish proper governance and replace the secularist immoral 'NAG' individuals with the model moral in the citizens' institution – aka, government.
