According to USA:

Today, Ukraine's population has already been declining for years, dropping from over 50 million in the 1990s to 43 million in 2022.

Now, 10 million more Ukrainians – or roughly 25% – have either been displaced inside their country or have fled as refugees to other countries as Russian forces continue their besiegement of residential communities.

MY QUESTION IS: Is this all part of the UN and Soros' Agenda of "open borders"?

Are we then also going to see mass migration, encouraged by the UN when the famines hit?

Once Russia eliminates the Ukraine armed forces, all those people will be able to return under a neutral leadership. The money-laundering and corruption will be removed. The Ukrainian people will have more hope

Not sure the odds are in favor of that result, but one can hope. Corruption has a tendency to thrive because of muscle prepared to enforce its operation. Nearest good sized city to where I live has been and continues to be mafia run from stem to gudgeon throughout its civic leaders as well as policing. Not everyone knows that, but those in the know are quite aware of it.

Replacing one Criminal Gang with another is not the answer. Never has been.
