THEY SAID,  put electric heat in your home.  I DID.  almost froze to death.  THEY SAID, insulate, i did, no better.  then buy pellet stove, heat whole home, i did, it didnt.  more wasted money.  someone worked.  it is all a scam.  electric <strong>cars</strong> just another scam.
