Twitter discourages well thought out conversations. The only way to end that is for all users of every platform practice these certain elements to ensure they do not contribute to the decline of conversation:

  1. Reread whatever you typed before you post and edit it.
  2. Think out the concept you want to convey and the interpretation of its presentation.
  3. Don't type anything that doesn't add to the conversation.

Twitter is like trying to jam an entire news article into a headline. Or like having a deep and meaningful conversation in morse code.
