Realign our social welfare programs (or eradicate them), prosecute political jurisdictions/personnel that appeal to foreign non-state actors unlawfully infiltrating Legal US jurisdiction constituting a direct challenge to the sovereign interests of the citizens of the United States and a threat to national security, the same. In short, hold the government responsible to fulfill the duties of its legal establishment or simply declare it an illegitimate body-politic for failing to do so.

This is, at the end of the day, a legitimacy crisis for the Federal Government. They've been promising a solution since the 1980s and it has been a high-priority item for a long time. Many people have been elected solely to address it. They've betrayed those promises, even robbing former Acts of their funding for political pet projects.

What do you call a "representative" body-politic that is not representative?

Eliminate social benefits for immigrants. After a generation, the only illegals will be smugglers.

Reduce protections and services given to individuals who aren't legally in the country.

Protect our border with a wall/fence, drones and troops. Enforce our immigration laws.
