Imagine a Republican state making an offer to Musk. If Musk moves his businesses to the state, the state rewards him with a term as governor.

A smart state would invite Musk to buy the state.

It's a given that politicians buy their offices. We should steer the money to good use. Campaign money usually ends up in the hands of advertising oligarchs. Steer it to the people. Let Musk buy the governorship, and make sure that the state gets good value from Musk in return.

Once upon a time, Trump cared about towers and golf courses. Democrats attacked him, and now Trump is a Republican activist.

Once upon a time, Mike Lindell cared about pillows, and he was attacked for advertising on Fox. Lindell is now a Republican activist.

Once upon a time, Musk cared about cars and rockets, and then Democrats threw hate at him.

Yeah, right.

Democrats are whining like their beloved vegan restaurant got bought and the new owner turned it into a steakhouse.

Musk could fire the Twitter employees and move the company to Wyoming.

Musk gets credit for a 54 billion dollar philanthropic donation. This makes Musk the 2nd greatest philanthropist of all time.

Musk now owns the libs.

Democrats weaponized Twitter against Republicans and claimed it was morally okay, because Twitter is a corporation. Backfire!

Can't wait for Trump mean tweets.

Musk fired a mean tweet at Gates, attacking Gates for green hypocrisy.

Imagine if Twitter merged with Trump's Truth Social. Unleash a community of conservatives on Twitter.

You may have to maintain a lot of patience. Trump says he will not go back on Twitter even if his account is restored. Time will tell, although Trump says he's learned his lesson regarding social media and MSM and wasting time dealing with or attacking them.

Truly was a delightful move on Musk's part calling Gates game regarding environmental foundations that don't do half of what Musk himself has done without using foundations. I also loved that not only Musk but Joe Rogan as well attacked Gates health sit rep while Gates "looks after' all our health. Too funny.

I think a merger of the two in not likely for some time to come. Too bad Nunes has been so cautious and slow to get Truth Social fully up to and running. The deal with Rumble cloud will make a big difference and Nunes is still dragging feet on finally getting "anybody" set up for participation on the platform. We're all still waiting. And seriously, why have they used an Apple App as a necessary part of signing on. I thought they were doing a complete end run around Big Tech.

It would be glorious if an oligarch war happened. We want the oligarchs to fight each other, not gang up and screw plebes.

It would be glorious if Musk went into the Twitter internal archives and exposed the internal corruption.

That is certainly possible. Look how he expose Gates both for his fake philanthropic environmental work and his short selling. Who knows what he might expose next.

The Russian warship Moskva.

Touchdown!

Musk is closing in on conquering Twitter.

Touchdown!

I saw that. Twitter is actively considering Musk's bid. YAY His concept of Twitter being the Town Hall and his desire to actively open up true discourse is a big win for true democracy!

I honestly believe Russia is fighting against a corrupted world order in as much as it sees its own security and cultures under threat. There is a vast array of data that western citizens are not privy to see, as part of a greater narrative being wrapped over us all.

If the truthful facts and historical context were allowed into the record, and the discussions involved an honest 3D view of the situation in Ukraine, I believe there would be far less team-cheer and more emphasis on solutions and cesation of conflict. Empathy (they are sentient people like us), reason (why are they doing this) and relativity (what would we do) are critical to a solution-based process.

I remember the time as a kid on the farm, someone vandalized the main feeder pump at our south pasture water station that left 40 head of cattle without water for 2 days. Everyone was furious with anger but my Grandad said, "There is time to get upset later. Right now, we have to get the water line fixed so keep going". We found out later that a group of kids thought it was an O&G line so they destroyed the pump house thinking they were saving the environment. They nearly killed 40 head of cattle!. Our solution was to paint a LARGE sign on the pump house explaining it was a water line that "provided pure water to free and range bred cattle". It worked!

@Sensrhim4hizvewz Excellent example of what is needed here. Well intentioned people without facts are deadly. I had read somewhere yesterday that Biden's (ie. US) real intention is not to save Ukraine but rather to utterly weaken Russia. That clearly makes more sense looking at the current facts and the ludicrous munitions contributions from "the West".

I feel like a fan at a sports game, standing up and cheering.

All superpower nations have anti-satellite missiles, but a Starlink is untouchable. A Starlink weighs less than an anti-satellite missile. Each Falcon-9 launch unleashes 88 Starlinks.

SpaceX outlaunches NASA, Russia, and China, in terms of tons/year.

SpaceX has the world's lowest launch cost/kg, at 2300 $/kg.

Musk can win the satellite war by brute force.

I feel good as a fan of SpaceX. It feels good rooting for a team that wins.

Falcon-9 payload = 23 tons
Starlink = 260 kg

Interesting. It made me wonder why the world's 'space powers' were not readapting their satellite programs to meet these efficiencies.

I found a military analysis report that suggested the use of HALE (high altitude long endurance) drones can provide similar communications coverage with increased flexibility and mobility, at similar costs to StarLink pods, with greater redundancy and ease of delivery/replacement compared to a StarLink pod

I don't know if this was just a MIC sales pitch or if this technology really does replace certain satellite functions.

@Sensrhim4hizvewz

Yes, solar powered aircraft can fly indefinitely. They are fragile and have to operate above 20 km, where there is zero wind. The aircraft can carry an internet transmitter.

EM warfare involves the blocking or control of specific frequency bandwidths on the Spread Spectrum. Russia does have the capability to eliminate Starlink if it needs to but it proves to me that Russia is not at war with the Ukrainian people, but rather just the Ukraine military. Space warfare is probably not on Russia's agenda right now
