Does that work? If an American Citizen goes across an international border with intent to commit murder /abortion - is she prosecutable here in her own country?
Furthermore If a Canadian Abortionist - baby killer - kills a baby in the womb of its mother can USA or any State in USA put up a warrant for his arrest - and then arrest him or her - if or when that abortionist happens to enter USA?
I know this much - happens at least a few times every year. Pregnant woman gets shot, stabbed strangled, beaten to death and her unborn baby dies as a coincidental victim - that killer is legally charged with 2 murders. The pregnant woman and her baby are each one count of murder against the person who killed them
Of we all know about that convoluted logic. Right? Pregnant woman and her unborn baby are killed in a shooting = double homocide
Pregnant woman pays some doctor or mid-wife to kill her baby still in the womb = A ok! thumbs up! all good; nothing to see here folks...

Another question: There will be a window between the day when SCOTUS reverses R v W and the day when States establish their own codes /laws on abortion. So what happens to a woman who has her baby aborted in that open window period of time. I mean technically there would be no law prohibiting abortion during that period between the reversal of R VW and any State codifying the law regulating abortion. Right?
So should and or could pregnant women take advantage of that gap? Or perhaps could the legislatures in the individual States make their Law on abortion retroactive?

OK, and are the Canadian citizens going to be required to pay for these abortions, like they do for other medical procedures????????
