I say that because Biden has been complaining recently of headaches and racetams use up choline in the brain and should be supplemented with CDP-choline or Alpha GPC and calcium/magnesium. Headaches are a common side effect of low choline or magnesium levels in the brain. If Biden had a healthy diet containing spinach or egg whites, he would not need to worry about calcium, magnesium or choline levels
