As I commented elsewhere, we do not have a two-tiered justice system. That would imply that we have a justice system. Instead we have systemic injustice.
System of injustice?
@GaryMysels Shall I spell it out? Murderers and those who attempt murder are released without bail and, if they're ever tried for the crimes, given light sentences so long as they're leftists. Meanwhile an elderly cancer patient is held in solitary confinement for 18 months awaiting trial for trespassing. A young man protected his community from arson and vandalism and in the course of doing so was attacked and threatened with death. Because he defended himself from his erstwhile murderers he was arrested and tried for murder, but his attackers, all with long criminal records, were let off with light sentences or not even prosecuted. A man drove an SUV through a parade of innocents and was given a slap on the wrist while another used a car to ram violent protesters and was thrown under the jail. You figure it out.
