Good assessment of the situation. The only thing I’d say with which the host may not agree, is that the man that put his hands behind his back and used his chest to stop the employee from further pursuing the woman afterwards handled it very well.
This was a display of meanness (strength under control). His arms behind his back made him less of a threat and his words were loud but still calming. “Calm down, calm down…” The value of this technique was evident in that the employee followed suit and put his hands behind his back. His words continued to be angry and challenging, “I’ll fight anyone… hit me…”. But the situation was de-escalated effectively without the woman receiving an asked for beat-down”. (Before you try this, realize there’s an equal risk of the attacker taking the opportunity to cold-cock you and get a few extra hits in before you can defend yourself. You have to be willing to take the hits if necessary). The men in this situation all seem to be real men. The woman’s culpability (acting like a man in challenging a man) doesn’t give a man (much stronger than the woman) the right to fight her like he’d fight a man (a well landed punch could kill her). She should thank God for all those men’s “toxic masculinity.” There’s still hope for woke America.

Covid restrictions have made people a lot more antisocial. We see it every day!

In the not so distant future, I'm sure you will find out what's really causing these things.
