Since the plan with this uncontrolled and encouraged illegal "invasion" is disruption, are we there yet? Kennedy noted that during times of rapid growth, the US could absorb high numbers, and during recessions, almost cut off the flow of immigration.

From his book, it is obvious that uncontrolled immigration is not in the best interests of the US nor of the immigrants.
