Food for thought: just watched a documentary on utube about how the N America was colonized. Wow! So all the homeless (vagabonds) and those that the English and British had no use for, were sent to the new world to colonize it, and to collect its resources to send back to their own countries.
Now we know why our government cannot solve our homeless problem, nowhere left to send them to work then as slaves.
