We have an expression about that type of political patronage over here which goes "Kung kinsa ang du-ol sa luwag," which translates to "to whoever is nearest the ladle" or the one serving. Family, friends and allies. Citizens are served last, if at all.
It is a bit moronic that before we had high-speed computers to help make calculations it took less than 24 hours to count the votes and now that we have advanced machinery it takes multiple days.

Democrats always lie. Since 1828.
Biden claims he is increasing social security payments, but they are inflation adjustments required by a law set up by Republicans in the 70s.
However the boosts would not be so high if Biden's economy was not so inflated. So he can claim credit for them insofar as he has created a disastrous economy I guess.
