My Take on the Abortion Debate

The Abortion argument disappoints me on many levels, and I do understand where the pro-choice crowd is coming from, because it is a masquerade for a darkness beneath. No matter how naïve they pretend to be or how much they assert that it can’t be argued, that the science isn’t clear or complain that it’s an inability to comprehend other points of view, it’s all psychological displacement from what they know to be the truth (and have even admitted to before). This is merely an extension of the eugenics of the 1930’s and 40’s and stands as a proposition of population control in fear of limited resources, in the Malthusian and Keynesian veins which they now refer to as Sustainability, that inherently places a low value on human life and is very pessimistic regarding our ingenuity, creativity, and adaptability.

I believe that the capitalization and industrialization of the resources of near space will solve these problems, hands down. So does Elon Musk, and he even mentioned these specific issues and how anti-freedom persons are using them as leverage to pull us into a totalitarian state. (Which is why he’s rushing to get space infrastructure established to setup an infinitely expanding frontier line that will support Liberty and self-reliance just like the expanding Frontier Line of the early United States). He claims to be a Socialist, but I think that's just to keep them from sinking his ambitions. Either way, I like where he's going with it.

I call what the pro-abortion crowd has as its premise "the Malthus Mistake". Malthus once said accurately for the time (can’t blame him for the simple math of it BEFORE we even considered space exploration), that as we grow in population the amount of resources per-capita decreases respectively. The more people we have the less resources we have per person, which is true under the condition that you consider the resources of the Earth as your only option – if you consider the Earth like a pantry dish. That’s not the reality of the situation, however.

Humanity always finds a way.

It’s ironic because these progressives are the single most anti-progressive force of the Earth and are doing absolutely everything they can to inhibit our ability to spread our wings, innovate, and become more. Robert Zubrin, an author and aeronautical engineer who inspired Elon Musk, often rants about these political forces that have stalled our Space capacities in NASA and are purposefully inhibiting our ability to move forward. He said we had the ability to setup a colony on Mars in the 1980s. His object is to get us out there to FORCE us to adapt to the situation, because when we must adapt – we always find a way. These forces have gone out of their way to inhibit these ambitions precisely because it threatens their interests of hegemonic domination.

I agree with his position. An interesting note to all of this is that no debate exists in isolation. Everything is connected and there are intrigues and maneuvers and self-interest interlaced throughout all of it. While I understand where the pro-abortion crowd is coming from I find it to be a societal evil and completely unnecessary. Oddly, most forces of today can be traced back to the WW2 era in one form or another. The ripples of that Age still resonate in most of our political arguments today.

A baby is life. We should protect it. I see no glory in sneering at the value of human life while operating under the guise of caring for it. All should be protected, honored, and respected until, by their agency and choices, prove otherwise.

Just my take. It's not about keeping the "state" out of the mother's body. The same forces tried to hand the entire health care industry to the State, which, ultimately, achieves dominion over the mothers body. If you continue to trace the lines of allegiance of the vast majority of their faction (whom they identify with in their majority) - you recognize that they want an overwhelmingly powerful state apparatus, just not under the control of Republicans. All things are connected. Viewing such arguments in isolation is always a fools mistake - they're effectively telling you to pay no attention to the hook, only look at the bait.

We can argue for an eternity about legal abortion, but to argue against the fact that killing anything as innocuous as a baby is bad, is something plain and simply evil. And what or who would hold us back from exploring space? The only answer I can come up with is accepting and quite possibly relishing our own ignorance and the Devil.

My view is every foetus wanted. Not many unwanted. As the foetus grows it picks up exactly the mother's feelings. Hitler was unwanted, his mother sought an abortion due to acute scoliosis.
Denied. And humanity suffered. I believe women should be able to know if it is good they do this.
I believe it's their right. I think it denies basic human rights to force her. But it should be soon done.
And there are natural ways apparently. Do you think the first lady of US only got pregnant once?
The wealthy will never have this situation. Just the poor.
