Judges and Law Enforcement, especially the FBI and the DOJ, are causing as much damage as anti-Constitutional Congress members.
And Federal death penalty for drug pushers will seldom cover most of them. States would have to do the same for it to mean much. I oppose the death penalty, but I can't deny the savings to the taxpayer and that it might be putting some out of their misery.
