Voters put them in power. They used the power to be maximum asshole, to attack the opposing party. They are not good guys.
Democrat voters are dumb. They still don't see what's going on.

It's worse than just being dumb. A lot of the support for the democrats come from people who feel superior. I remember seeing a lawyer at the Trucker protests in Canada saying when are they going to get this trash off the streets, referring to the protestors. Voting Democrat for a lot of people is an empty virtue signal. It makes them feel superior to the MAGA trash. Burning Rome for them is the way to take out the trash even if it means their own house burns. Traditional morality is to them for suckers. It's just part of the narcissistic, nihilistic youth culture that took hold in the 60s.
This presentation is certainly an illumination of a government that's not of, by or for the people.
