I thought of Kirsti Alley as a natural beauty and an intelligent woman. I admired her.
I don't know but it seemed to me that Kirsti Alley must have been somewhat exiled - rejected by "Hollywood" - we saw very little of her after she left the "Cheers" cast.
I believed She must have committed two cardinal sins that relegated her to the outer periphery of Hollywoods' roster of available actors.
She lost her figure and she rejected Hollywoods' dogmatic socialist, secular humanist ideology. Her personal socio-political thinking did not comport with that of the Hollywood power brokers. To me it seemed that Kirsti lived in exile - as a talented, available actor Hollywood tacitly blacklisted her.

Of course all of this is merely conjecture on my part. But to me it seems logical.
May she rest in peace.
