Yes, an engineered market collapse is not only poised right now, but the WEF members have the financial power to bet short and then drive stocks down, leaving no access to those investments. Wise investment professionals are seeing this coming and are setting up buffers now. With any luck the WEF will find itself on the outside looking in, because it will not be the surprise they think it is. For example, advertising their intention is not a clever tactic.
