Likely a planned distraction!

My best guess is CIA Psyops.

Our Sun is a Population III star which is about 4.5 billion years old. Population III stars are by definition heavy metal producers capable of producing rocky planets like Earth, and except for our Sun, have only been discovered to be less than 1 billion years old.

For those able to draw the logical conclusion, it means that humans are almost certainly the most advanced creatures in our Universe. ET is probably not even green slime yet in our Universe. Maybe not in other Universes - if they exist, but intergalactic travel is unlikely enough.

Our chance of developing intergalactic capability before being wiped out by the Earth itself, an asteroid, the Sun, or ourselves is vanishingly small. Even worse problem for ET, if they started to develop later than us.

Then there is God. Our physics derived from everything we know about our Universe, seems to indicate that there may be a greater reality of a different number of dimensions, underlying our Universe.

That, and some of the values we have seen of various particle masses, seem to indicate the possibility that God may have created this Universe as some kind of petri dish just for our creation and evolution.

If that were true, I would be pretty careful if I were the US government, in messing with the plans of God.
