Umm, and anyone is surprised? YTube is owned by the CCP. So, of course they suppress anything not rabidly commie trash oriented. It has been this way since Google took a knee and turned in Chinese citizens to the CCP who were speaking honestly about the horrors of communism. Google would have ratted out AnneFrank to the Gestapo if it got them invited to a party.
