The least productive in society are the old and the young, neither will produce good meat in terms of quantity of quality.
If you can get passed the religious arguments and see that it is our intelligence that makes us human and consider what you would do if stuck on a mountain and were forced to eat human to survive, then you could make an argument for farming humans as they produce less methane than cows. However cows are killed after a couple of years. You would have to force feed a child until it's teenage years which is massively expensive. You would also have to consider the ethics of hormone treatment.
In the whole it's probably not worth it.
