Red Flag laws are subject to manipulation and will ultimately be in violation of 4th and 5th Amendment rights.

The first targets will be veterans, as we already have Democrat terrorist politicians claiming all veterans have mental problems.

Then next target will be former law enforcement under the same logic espoused about veterans.

It will become standard divorce court procedure to claim the spouse is a threat to themselves and society, to seize their guns.

Law enforcement will not have the means to catalog and store the volume of weapons taken under this gun grab mentality, and will begin destroying them instead. Then when the claim is debunked, there are no guns to return, and no compensation will be paid.

The same people who claim this won't happen are the ones pushing for this to happen. It's already happening in States stupid enough to pass such laws. Look it up.
