Here in, is the problem with the RED FLAG laws. If someone is crazy, get them help, don't take their property and leave them on the loose.
A gun is only one way to injure themselves or others, why not take their cars too?????

Those New York politicians are crazy to think that just having a gun in your possession is a more serious offense than shooting a park car for no reason. That is totally insane and would make criminals out of millions of us.
