"RED FLAG LAWS", probably one of the worst ideas the LEFT ever came up with, or the best if they can keep it going. If that happens, I will have to find somewhere else to live. Ya, I know, WHERE????

When a state supersedes my 2nd amendment that is illegal confiscation...come on New Jersey and New York start the law suits so we can get this crap stopped in the supreme court.

I find it funny that they use the grounds of "extreme threat" to confiscate. The 2nd, by its very nature, is an obligation to be an extreme threat to anyone in government. Besides, the only way you eliminate people as a potential threat is eliminating the people. This simply won't work.
