Open letter to the EU

To Whom It May Concern,

I write to you this day as a British citizen also in reference to "the deal". It is my view from what I've seen of the EU negotiation team you a bubbling, you're out of ace's and the world knows it. It is painful to watch representatives lie day in and out. The biggest disgrace of the EU is misrepresenting the Irish border, one would assume that the EU is up to date with the laws governing international treaties, holding the knowledge that Britain per international law in the UN charter of treaties: is obligated to uphold agreements with individual nations. Meaning brexit does not interfere with The Good Friday

Section 8 European Union Withdrawal Act
"Complying with international obligations
(1) A Minister of the Crown may by regulations make such provision as the
Minister considers appropriate to prevent or remedy any breach, arising from
the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the EU, of the international
obligations of the United Kingdom.
(2) Regulations under this section may make any provision that could be made by an Act
of Parliament.
(3) But regulations under this section may not—
(a) make retrospective provision,
🍺 create a relevant criminal offence,
☕ be made to implement the withdrawal agreement, or
🍸 amend, repeal or revoke the Human Rights Act 1998 or any
subordinate legislation made under it.
(4) No regulations may be made under this section after the end of the period of
two years beginning with exit day."

Stipulation 8.4 is very interesting "No regulations may be made under this section after the end of the period of two years beginning with exit day"
Effectively the EU wrangling of former Prime Minister Theresa May means the period to make amendments and negotiate with the Irish border has now past. Thus the border agreement between Northern Ireland and Britain has passed and nothing in effect has changed. This is a good thing, the GFA will continue unhindered during this process.

The deal is as follows: in return four our "devorse money" the UK and EU will agree to a provisional period of continued trade on existing terms, for a period of time no longer than three years. This time will be used rather than continuing extensions as fallows: the UK and EU will make new deals that benefit both parties and keeps the UK out of the EEC and EEA. Given that the UK meets EU trade regulations and human rights standards, the EU will agree to not impose a "hard" border with Northern Ireland as likewise will the UK and Northern Ireland. It is in no one's best interest to have a hard border there, nor is there any requirement to do so under any legal framework.

Rejection of this extremely amicable "deal" by the EU would demonstrate a belligerence and unwillingness to cooperate or compromise. As such would fall under the liable of frustrating the process and attempting to keep the UK in contract against its will, which is grounds for reprimand by the international community under International law.

It would also mean Britain will leave without "A Deal" this is just fine by Britain as we would then begin to garner new trade deal with the EU and other respected nations (10 of which are ready to go), given that the EU would not continue hostile behaviour towards Britain. The EU represents without Britain twenty four nations out of one hundred and ninety-five nations round the world, Britain being out the EU will also create compaction for EU pertinently with nations like Australia. The EU should consider that in the coming days leading to the 31st of October.

With Respect

Who determines if there is a deal or a no deal? Both "parties"?

@ChrisODonnell how many parties are there?
