The federal govnerment smuggled in 100s of nazis to learn how better to implement socialist policies without alarming the people too much. ONe step is the never ending warfare. They must always have a scary boogy man to keep the people freely giving up liberty, and turning away from the Constitution so they can fell "safe". In Reagan's day they knew the commie monster was dying off, that people were not so scared any more, and Russia was finally falling from it's own policies of never ending war. Reagan's administration set the groundwork for our most current boogey monster, the islamic terrorist.
