Hi Jurecki. There is alot of incongruence in the corona danger narrative. Se more here: [slug.com]

I don't think the link fits the description?

Another hint that this may be a version of the common cold, and not very unusual. Does someone intentionally want everyone to think it is unusual for some reason???

With all the time that has gone by since your comment, I now have a better understanding about the lethality and risk of this virus. Can you believe lock downs continue?

@Jurecki, Right! The lack of common sense, when their fears are whipped up, only explains the lockdown up to a point. I think there are some who regard COVID-19 as an opportunity to remake society. Klaus Schwab actually said so, and he may have the wealth and influence to leverage the situation to that end.

@TimTuolomne Maybe but no one has control over the virus. It can strike and kill even the healthy ones. Will be so glad when this crisis is over. Learned a lot with the solitary time away from friends and family. So coming out of it as a better person. Wish we could have prevented it from leaving Wuhan.

@Jurecki, We have always been under that threat from hundreds, maybe thousands of kinds of microbes, radiation, household accidents...it is far more dangerous to drive your car than your risk from COVID-19.

This has been intentionally drummed up as something unusual. It isn't.

When the bubonic plague struck, half of everyone's family, friends and colleagues died in the street. That would have been a cause for a lockdown.

We have had some type of flu vaccine for decades and still lose between 20,000 and 120,000 people EVERY YEAR due to the complication of the flu. We didn't panic before. And we didn't believe someone who claimed we would control the flu viruses. We all understood.

We don't now. That's what is different.

@TimTuolomne so true! But those of us who do understand are ignored. That is the bitter sweet lesson about old age - knowing better, but treated as being irrelevant. Do you think we stand a chance of holding onto our freedoms?

@Jurecki. I'm afraid not my friend. We had a good run. 243 years of freedom, arguably only 155 years of full Constitutional protection of our rights.

Even those who have destroyed the best system in history of protection of rights will ultimately understand what they have done, long after it becomes impossible to rebuild such a system except again only at terrible cost.

@TimTuolomne i am still being optimistic. I just have a sense God has a plan in play, but we are not in on it. Stay safe my friend.
