The media are lying about a potential Covid-19 treatment-
[thelibertarianrepublic.com]

Separating fact from fiction appears to be a clear struggle during the COVID-19 outbreak in the United States. The media, followed by Liberals who want to score the cheapest of points against President Trump, are now spreading medical misinformation.

I honestly can’t think of anything more dangerous during a pandemic, aside from purposeful contamination. That’s right. This is only one notch higher than licking grocery store items while claiming to have the virus. That’s where the Liberals and the media are. Barely above licking things.

Will you help filling the churches at Easter like mr Trump suggested?

If you don't have anything more intelligent or constructive than that to contribute, then you will force me to ignore you. Just because I share an article, does not automatically mean I agree with or believe what it has to say. Trump lies just like any other politician, the part I find amusing are the ones who call Trump a liar and turn around and believe word for word the lies of the politicians on the political left. I contend they all lie. As for attending church on Easter, I'm an atheist, so I've no need to partake in any of that.

@SpikeTalon Trump lies just the same as other politicians you say. Have you noticed anything about Trumps volume of lies at all? Have you noticed the number of subjects he lies about at all? Do you think any of his lies regarding covid 19 might have an effect on the number of dead at all? So, i disagree with your statement that Trump lies just like any other politician.
My post was a simple question and you appear to have jumped, immediately on the defensive wagon. As for you being forced to ignore me. I'll miss you. Have a great day.

@maxmaccc Your question (from my point of view anyway) appeared to be a sarcastic one, and also made an assumption, the assumption that I was religious minus you even asking me first if I was or not.

Whether or not Trump had a direct hand in the American Covid-19 fatalities so far can be debated from both sides, and I still stand by what I said in regards to all politicians lying.

Regarding the last part of your comment, since this one you have already commented on two of my other posts and I don't recall commenting on any of yours, so we will see who misses who first...

@SpikeTalon So the volume and subject of politicians lies are meaningless to you? Would that indicate a bias in some way perhaps? Whether Trumps misinformation, lies and dithering early on, will cost lives can be debated from both sides? Sounds a little like Trumps " bad people, from both sides" comment.
Are you sure there's not a bias at play here?

@maxmaccc Did I say the impact of their lies was meaningless? Perhaps my comment is slightly biased... and maybe you have some bias of your own on the matter?

@maxmaccc The reason I say that by the way, is because over the years I've observed that those who point the finger at others for perceived bias are often biased themselves in some way and do not realize such.

@SpikeTalon We all have a bias, it varies from completely unaware, and therefore not taken into account, to totally aware and accounted for as best possible. The question then arises, did we take account of our bias before it was pointed out?

@maxmaccc Valid point. I cannot speak for others, I am aware of any biases I may have to keep them in check. Not too long ago I had done a post on another site on the topic of biases.

p.s. Mr. Fauci, do you have any fish at home?

Am I to assume that is sarcasm, and that you are not a fan of the Dr.?

@TimTuolomne I'm sure he's very bright, but psychology is most of the battle when dealing with hysteria.

He's not helpful in that regard, but maintains credibility with the downers. Not sure what's best.

@TimTuolomne yeah I didn't get the reference in his / her / z's comment either. LOL!

The risk Progressives take in publishing revisionist reality is that when it comes time to publish the truth, they have forgotten how.

I'm new to consuming the news, it's truly remarkable.

When information is free, the currency is clicks.

You have to curate reality to psychology in order to stay in business.

they have gone so far astray of Truth that they no longer recognize it.

You only need to have one soundbite:

Mr. Fauci: If you were diagnosed with the corona virus, would you take chloroquine or hydroxychloroquine to treat it, or wait for the FDA?

@BobCoffey1 I'm pretty lefty on a lot, but when it comes to life and death, I get conservative quick.

What I see happening is that the psychology of the left trusts the state over the individual.

No heroes allowed.

That's dogma to them.

The cost of doing business is the lives of those who were delayed treatment.

"Trump should have done it sooner" is the new mantra. Tired rhetoric, but well honed and useful.

"cures" and rumors of "cures - it isn't helpful to make unfounded declarations either pro or con...lets wait for scientific evidence before we decide the efficacy of the drug therapy. eh?

@BobCoffey1 no respectable attending doctor would ever administer therapy with nothing more than a guess a hope a hunch. Doctors don't speculate. Nor should they.

@BobCoffey1 This required the voluntary participation in an experimental treatment on the part of the patient....not the same thing as what you were suggesting.

@iThink How many anecdotes make something true?

@iThink "Doctors don't speculate. Nor should they." if they don't speculate, who should?

That's the only person I WANT to speculate with my health.

@BobCoffey1 One case does not make a legit reason to get the masses to take untested medication that can have detrimental side effects.

@maxmaccc how many anecdotes make something true?
