This isn't that hard to conceptualize, so long as the brainwashing is somehow nullified.

Has anyone heard of Assassination Politics by Jim Bell? The idea is a lottery of chances to win millions of dollars, and it depends entirely upon a trust that the players remain anonymous, hence the need for solid, trustworthy, encryption. The players guess when someone will die, and if someone dies on the date of the player's guess, then that player receives a portion of the Pot of Gold collected from total tickets sold in this Futures Market. It is based on a number of existing markets, and market processes, such as that process called Put Options.

Well, Jim Bell spent some time in jail for that fictional Essay, but he is out and about these days, so anyone can look that up if they care to do so.

The idea is also likened to Direct Democracy. Voters vote to get rid of bad or collectively perceived to be bad people, and that works like a bounty, a funding device to fund bounty hunters, assassins, head hunters, whatever you want to call it, and it has nothing to do with traditional governments that work basically the same way in principle. A group of people decide to knock someone out of competition and they then form a monopoly once all the competition is out of the game.

So people need to know this fact, as it does matter, whereby these modern governments are merely organized crime hiding behind a very thin facade of "protection" as a monopoly racket: counterfeit government.

But what would happen if America turned back to rule of law, or turned forward to rule of law if the backward word is unsavory to some?

In each county an individual decides to accuse a Traitor like the one on the left above, or even the sell out, prostitute, comedian on the right above, and in each county there is actual rule of law, one county at a time, or all of them at once.

The accusation moves along in the process according to the law of the land, because the evidence strongly suggests probable cause to warrant a court date for the accused on behalf of the private accuser, who may also be a private prosecutor in the case, there is then an investigation on behalf of the accuser, and the independent members of the independent grand jury assembled for this cause of action decide to present the accused with a court date. A registered letter is sent, and if the accused refuses to attend his opportunity to clear his name, then a warrant is issued for his arrest if that felonious fugitive accused of treason happens to wander into that county, again one county at a time, or all of them independently at once. Each county has at least one accuser, and each county actually follows the law of the land.

I have not found a case yet, but it may be worth understanding the driving principle known as expedient justice, or the principle involved in the saying "justice delayed is justice denied." Are there court cases, such as a treason case, whereby the jury is duty bound to try the case in the absence of the accused? Is it logical to try the case in the absense of the acccused because the accused is powerful enough to maintain the crime known as contempt of court: felony fugitive. In other words the accused refuses to defend against the accusation merely because he can, he has that much power to openly, publicly, hold the law in contempt, as if there was no law, as if outlaws rule the world with perfect immunity.

So all the damage being done to all the innocent people world wide continues in the absence of a power greater than the criminal powers that combine to cause all that injury to all those innocent people, and like a force field the greatest power is this demonstrated power of immunity: as if like children a player is safe within the fictional boundaries of "Home Base."

If a Public Trial, according to lawful principles (common law, not statutes dictated by tyrants, such as solve the Indian problem by exterminating them, or the Jews later on in Germany as that "Final Solution" to that "problem" ), is the process that cuts through all the lies so as to find the truth, such as the true causes of all these dead people, and all these sick people, then clearly that process either is or is not working in time to prevent more dead people and more sick people. The fictional force field which creates the immunity from the law affords the criminals the opportunity to cause all that death and cause all that sickness because doing so makes those treasonous criminals more, and more, and more powerful, by any measure not limited to Bank Accounts: immunity from due process of law is a measure of POWER.

The first step is not made, there is no official accusation, not in any county, anywhere, on the planet, or if there is one, in some obscure location that fails to explode into global infamy, gaining rapid currency to a point where even Network Corporate News reports on all channels the fact that there is at least one official accusation where the accused is that one man on the left in the photo above - if there is one official, probable cause, warranted, accusation of clear and present dangers to all - then the next step is clearly missing, or is it?

Is there an official grand jury assembled in at least one county in one state in those states united for their voluntary mutual defense, whereby that grand jury is duty bound to use all their legal civil and criminal power in their lawful jurisdiction, to decide if the charge warrants the next step, which is to present the accused with a court date? Is there one, and if there was one, again, would that fact explode as the latest and greatest world wide News Story broadcast on every Medial Channel everywhere all at once?

Note, please, that a criminal running amok like a Mad Dog in the playground called Earth is a clear and present danger as attested by the growing body counts, but such a charge is unconfirmed by a jury representing the people as a whole, so the accused - running amok - is innocent until proven guilty of causing all that death and sickness, while more people die horribly, and more people become sick because there is no law, but - note please - failure to appear in court is a crime in fact, and it is a very serious crime in fact.
