Early last year, newly elected US congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez sat down for an interview with a correspondent for The Atlantic.
She made the case for a green New Deal, one that would address poverty and social inequality in addition to climate change.
She pushed back against critics who claimed it would be too expensive.
“The world is going to end in 12 years if we don’t address climate change,” she said, “and your biggest issue is how are we gonna pay for it?”
That would be a yes... how will it be paid for. Do the Math.
Also where did she get the 12 years from? Greta Thunberg, Swedish truant?

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.The world's climates are and always will be changing. They will not always be suitable for certain species of corral, nor fish, or mammals... Including humans.
We are already changing the world in ways that suit our desire, like keeping endangered species alive and helping them proliferate, terraforming land, and developing vaccines against disease. All of these things are natural processes of the earth that we are changing. So is it a climate that is changing that we don't like or approaching a climate that is "deemed worse"?
And then who is to say what is worse?

Oh dear...
Many of you will know I think only Twits use Twitter... well today I found more proof to back that up... Ocasio-Cortez is on Twitter.
If she is the future of the Democrats... lets hope they never get to hold the balance of power or another President ever.
Everything that is wrong with LW Progressives this girl embodies.
Ocasio-Cortez is a climate alarmist, which is just another measure of her gullibility and immaturity.
Lets get some real adults in government.
