First Post-Election Lawsuit in Pennsylvania Filed on Tuesday With High Stakes
By Shipwreckedcrew | Nov 04, 2020 2:30 AM ET
It came to light today that election officials in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, a suburban Philadelphia County, have been engaged in the practice of “curing” deficient mail-in ballots by contacting the voter and providing them a chance to correct whatever defect was discovered when the ballot envelope was opened. Pennsylvania law has no provision authorizing a “curing” practice — nor does it prohibit such practices — and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court did not include a include in its earlier decision authorization for “curing” procedures such as those alleged to be taking place.

Trump will not let this electoral fraud go unanswered. He will launch a full investigation and expose the perpetrators. And he will refuse to step down and be within the law to do so. A fraudulent election is declared null and void. This means Trump remains the president until a proper election can be carried out.

The election is the one thing that gives the people the power over government. Without a clean election our power to guide the future of this country is gone and we become surfs. This effects every citizen of this country.

They can pick and choose what ballot to "cure" so yeah its bad

That is very bad, but it's also very visible. The mask has slipped and they NEEDED that mask.

Is that to intimate the voter? If it is, surely that's voter fraud!

Well I don't know if "curing" would be good or bad -- but I do know it creates a delay in finalizing the count
