Our Constitution is clear. The SCOTUS must eventually weigh in, and given the clear evidence of both tampering and hacking, I would be very surprised if SCOTUS doesn’t order court supervised recounts, and possibly new elections where ballots are so tainted that forensic reconstruction of the vote is unlikely.
