The point of the law is the ability to arrest anyone who causes any problem for those in control.

That it is.

After 9/11 something like 90+% of the country was afraid. Today it is something like 49% but because they had 51% of the vote they can just wreak havoc. My favorite quote is “people who are afraid so stupid things” and history bears this out.
